Our firm is dedicated to providing quality legal services at an affordable price. Most of our clients are either on a contingency fee basis or an affordable flat fee. We believe you should know what the cost is going to be going in to your solution with us and not be continually surprised with exorbitant monthly bills.

Most law firms charge on an hourly basis. If you ask most law firms what they charge, you will hear figures such as $225.00 (or more) per hour for partners, and $175.00 per hour for associate attorneys, and $75.00 per hour for law clerks and paralegals. Your additional charges will be for postage, long distance calls and travel, just to name a few.

Our law firm does not even have a set hourly rate. We charge contingency fees on injury claims. That means that you pay us a percentage of the recovery when and if we obtain a settlement or collect on a judgment after a trial. Most cases are taken on a one-third contingency fee basis, although the fee is negotiable depending upon the difficulty and complexity of each individual claim.

Most other cases or taken on a flat fee basis. We are able to estimate our time and costs involved to a fairly specific degree, and are usually willing to give you a cost for an individual service. For example, if you need a chapter 7 bankruptcy, we discuss such variables as the number of creditors you have, the amount of your total bills and any other complicating factors, then give you a set fee. You will not have any further monthly bills or costs to have to pay later.
